Nana Kruger is a vocalist, composer, and interdisciplinary artist whose work blends strength in vulnerability, rich colors, and visual lyrics, inviting listeners into an intimate conversation they didn’t know they needed. Her practice explores themes of womanhood, psychological safety, and transformation through sound. Based in New York, Kruger continues to merge sonic research with activism, creating immersive works rooted in intuition, body, and truth.

Hailing from Amsterdam, Nana (2001) comes from a musical-rich family. Jazz, soul, drum-’n-bass, motown, brazil, electro, hip-hop; it was all there. Raised by a drummer/producer (dad) and songwriter (mom), she experienced what musicianship means from a very young age. Nana: "I feel at home on stage, it’s where I grew up."

Nana: "Grateful for having had the chance to tour with Zuco 103. What amazing musicians! And beautiful people too..."

Nana: "I feel privileged to have played with Ruben Hein and the National Youth Jazz Orchestra."

Nana: "We just match perfectly, me and guitar player Tez Thompson. Having so much fun playing together."
